Eau Spa and Arch Amenities Group, the world’s leading amenity management firm, is seeking a Spa Treatment Coordinator. The Spa Treatment Coordinator assists with managing the day-to-day flow of the spa and the service provider team ensuring seamless communication between front of house and back of house operations.
The TC ensures that service providers have working equipment and necessary supplies and tools needed to perform treatments.
Description
- Ensures internal and external guest satisfaction providing Forbes Five Star Service.
- Fulfills and maintains treatment supply inventory for all spa services to include tools and supplies; cross-references usage with actual bookings to ensure proper measure and cost controls are being followed.
- Monitors and maintains standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout spa back of house areas, spa treatment rooms and facilities.
- Ensures all equipment throughout the spa back of house and spa treatment rooms is in proper condition and good working order;
reports findings to spa management and follows up as directed.
- Assists with managing daily schedules for back of house personnel as needed based on business levels.
- Assists with overseeing the day-to-day operational flow of the spa and service providers to ensure seamless front desk and back of house communications.
- Recommends special projects as it relates to spa back of house areas, spa treatment rooms and facilitate as directed by Director of Operations.
- Mandatory participation in all Spa activities, events, and promotions as needed.
- Reports incidents to spa management.
- Submits all paperwork and financial reporting, when applicable, in accordance with Arch Amenities Group policy.
- Develops and maintains accurate department maintenance procedures and checklists.
- Assists staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to help maintain facility and prepare for special events.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- High School diploma but college course degree preferred.
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication, customer service skills, and work ethic
- Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
- Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational
- Strong team player
- Proficient in appropriate computer skills and office equipment
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- This position required the ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, walk, and talk
- The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms
