Job Responsibilities :
- Architect, implement, and operate container services platforms, emphasizing integration with Cl / CD pipelines.
- Leverage automation to enhance efficiency and minimize manual tasks.
- Meticulously assess risks while ensuring task efficiency.
- Analyze, diagnose, replicate, and resolve technical issues reported by customers using Client PaaS and CaaS platforms.
- Develop maintainable, reusable software from a consumer-centric perspective.
- Take ownership of unresolved issues, seeking in-depth knowledge for timely resolution.
- Handle and maintain support requests from business unit customers.
- Collaborate with other engineering groups to triage customer and business unit issues.
- Contribute to building and peer-reviewing knowledge base articles and product documentation.
Skills and Experience Required :
Required :
- Strong Kubernetes experience
- Managed Kubernetes lifecycle
- OpenShift or ARO experience
- CI / CD background
- Cloud experience using Azure
- Cloud Linux experience
- Desired :
- Splunk or Dynatrace experience for monitoring
