We are currently hiring for a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for a long-term contract position. This role will be onsite in Schaumburg and the clients are looking for someone to start immediately.
To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of accounts payable experience. If this sounds like you, apply now!
Accounts Payable Job Responsibilities :
- Communicate with Vendors
- Organize and coordinate scanning of invoices
- Process all accounts payable into company processing systems
- Reconcile all bank statements on a monthly basis
- Perform other assignments and task as needed
Qualifications :
- 3 years of accounts payable experience
- Ability to work as a team and independent as needed
- Able to prioritize and work in high volume, fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
