Job Title : Desktop Support Specialist - PC Deployment
Location : Concord, NH
Duration : Through June 30, 2024
This is a short-term position for someone experienced with PC provisioning & deployment to assist with a deployment project through June 30, 2024.
IMPORTANT NOTES - READ FULLY :
- 1 - this is a FULLY ONSITE position. Remote work will not be considered. Only submit LOCAL candidates willing to work onsite in their Concord office daily.
- 3- this is a SHORT-TERM position. The position is only slated to run through 6 / 30 / 2024. Candidates submitted should be available to start quickly if selected and must be comfortable accepting a short-term contract position.
Job Details :
- Previous experience provisioning and deploying desktop hardware including desktops, laptops and peripherals is required.
- Experience troubleshooting basic desktop laptop / hardware / software issues is required.
- Experience provisioning equipment with Microsoft technology (SCCM) if preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include :
- Performs preliminary troubleshooting and technical assistance for hardware and associated software.
- Resolves customer issues where applicable and within position skill set.
- Escalates customer issue appropriately.
- Maintains professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customer base and internal / external teams.
- Unpacking, staging desktop and laptop hardware to prepare for deployment to agency
- Imaging and installation of software onto devices.
