About the Role
FreighTrax Training is at the forefront of delivering innovative training solutions for truck drivers and professionals in the transportation, supply chain, and logistics sectors.
The online training programs, include frac sand, drayage, and over-the-road (OTR) driver training. Collaborations with esteemed institutions like the University of Central Oklahoma underscore FreighTrax's dedication to delivering exceptional learning experiences and propelling the industry forward.

FreighTrax Training is looking for a Sales Manager to join us on our journey to become one of the top e-Learning providers in the Transportation and EHS sectors.
This position could be in Denver, Dallas, Houston, Odessa, or Ft. Worth.
The Sales Manager will have a strong grasp of sales principles to expand their responsibilities to sell our products, grow our footprint and lead growth initiatives into new industries.
The position will report to the Director of Operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Generate revenue and meet sales targets by rapidly building a pipeline of qualified customers
Seek adoption of FreighTrax products in relevant industries through customer interactions
Create and manage an aggressive business development plan, which includes email, call campaigns, and other outbound lead generation techniques
Attend organizational conferences, meetings, and events as a representative of FreighTrax Training
Develop new prospects by creating solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
Knowledge of transportation, oil and gas, logistics, utilities, and / or construction industries
Background in EHS, DOT, Safety Software, or contractor management sales / marketing
Exceptional time management skills
Demonstrated success in growing client accounts
Proven track record of exceeding annual targets and KPIs
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary
Ability to travel up to 70% or more depending on business needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word)
Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashion
Ability to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projects
Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization
Educational / Experience Requirements :
Associate or bachelor’s degree
2- 5 years sales, business development or related experience
Compensation : $70-80k, plus commission
