Addison Group’s client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join their team in Boston, MA! This is a direct hire position, and the salary is 120k.
Job Description :
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Develop compensation and benefits plans.
- Assist hiring managers in designing hiring and training plans.
- Discuss employees' career development paths with managers.
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Analyze employees' answers to internal surveys (like job satisfaction surveys).
- Assess results from the employee performance reviews.
- Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates.
- Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.
- Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters, such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- SHRM certification preferred.
- Masters in HR is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Must have experience in HR policy development.
- Must have extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment, wage, and salary, laws, and regulations.
- Impeccable communication skills.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
