Overview
Selling Diagnostics product to end users by engaging indirect sales channels via product and sales training
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform business evaluation / coaching rides (DBDCs) with Franchisees as directed by RDM using current DBDC format
- Document all business evaluation / coaching rides (DBDCs)
- Coordinate and Perform one seminar per week to customers
- Teach product and sales skills to Franchisees
- Secure orders for additional Diagnostics products
- Demonstrate products to customers
- Perform product training to customers
- Attend FPT meetings to present promotions
- Staff and support trade-shows, and attend sales meetings as required
- Perform customer education / sales seminars
- Keep current with automotive and computer technology through reading or attending applicable courses or seminars
- Maintain assigned inventory levels
- Maintain and roll up weekly forecast and sales plan update in
- Manage calendar in Outlook and maintain all metrics as per current .
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Years of Experience :
3-5 years of experience with automotive industry in some capacity (personal, professional)
Other Requirements :
- Understanding and operation of electronic equipment
- Excellent PC skills and Internet experience
- Communications and presentations
- Solid understanding of automotive repair business as it relates to ROI and marketing of repair services
- Territory management
- Negotiating
- Ability to travel 30-80% of the time (depending on region of country)
