SUMMARY : Build and maintain a viable program of enhancing RMC’s image with community employers with the intent to increase RMC’s patient subscribership.

Manages and prioritizes multiple requests and assist in designing and production of professional communication.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE : Bachelor’s degree from college or university in marketing, business administration, journalism, English, or relevant field;

1) one to (2) two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Experience in the business marketing industry relating to the promotion of health care services preferred.

1. Ability to work and communicate with all levels of organization from C-suite to front facing personnel.

2. Act as a liaison to the greater Riverside area businesses. Actively promote and help resolve concerns expressed by the businesses.

3. Create written communications to internal and external customers with a focus on clear and direct communication to include collateral for public consumption while maintaining processes as per regulatory requirements.

4. Familiar with social media platforms and creating content to support organizational growth including attendance at events to take photos for posting, while also managing the photo release forms where necessary.

5. Work with multiple departments to find new sources to create content to include short form video content, possible editing of video content, and written posts for social media sharing and growth.

6. Develop a broker database for the purpose of coordinating events with brokers for Open Enrollment periods and other needs throughout the calendar year.

7. Facilitates reprint requests, submitting details via project management system.

8. Facilitate the coordination of information booths, health fairs, and public events for RMC when appropriate.

9. Maintain website through regular audit process by working with various departments to maintain current and accurate information and make edits to content where necessary and submit to manager for approval and submission to corporate for appropriate changes.

  • Facilitate and train the Customer Service Program at New Hire Orientation and department meetings.
  • Assist in direct mail programs and help with patient relations, comments, and complaints, when needed.
  • Effectively maintain confidentiality as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.
