Supplier Forecast Specialist

The Role

Entegris is seeking a Supplier Forecast Specialist to join our Procurement Center of Excellence. The newly hired Supplier Forecast Specialist will be a global resource for the Entegris Procurement team, focusing on creating long term forecasts to share with our suppliers .

They will partner with buyers , product managers and commodity managers to validate and error-proof the forecast. They will also partner with Supply Chain and IT to continuously improve the forecasts tool s and reports .

This role will be hybrid, with time spent working remotely and onsite local to one of our sites based in one of the following locations :

• Chaska, MN,
• Colorado Springs, CO,
• Aurora, IL,
• or Burnet, TX

What You'll Do :

Pull forecasts as per schedule and standard process; use existing forecast reports and work in collaboration with buyers , Product Managers and Commodity M anagers

Troubleshoot forecast issues by investigating Purchase Info Records, source lists, and material master setups.

Continue to improve the forecast accuracy by highlighting gaps and opportunities to the Product Management / Order Management and working with them to resolve

Partner with COE Analytics, Supply Chain and IT teams to continue to evo lve the forecast reports ( include RCCP / IBP , Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and to automate forecast generation, etc.

Partner with COE Analytics to develop visualizations and optimized ways to share forecast with Suppliers

Collaborate with internal teams; prepare forecast-related presentations and data to share forecasts with suppliers

Coordinate with Suppliers regarding forecast feasibility and highlight gaps and recommend resolutions to ensure Entegris’ supply continuity.

What We Seek :

A Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree with 2+ years of job-related experience

Experience working in a cross-cultural environment, ideally within a multi-national company

An extremely organized individual with a strong attention to detail

A self-starter with the ability to work well with individuals at all level s of an organization

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

A high energy individual who thrives in a fast paced, high-growth environment

Ability to work in a hybrid manner (some onsite, some offsite) as well as participate in conference calls outside of typical working hours.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have :

1+ years of functional experience with SAP

1+ years of experience in Purchasing / Supply Chain

Pay Range : $75k-$85k, with actual offered pay based on candidate experience
