Mission :
Supports the Sales and Marketing team's efforts to execute various marketing initiatives. This position involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, conducting market research, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing strategies.
The Marketing Coordinator will interact with both external suppliers, such as specialized press and creative agencies, and internal teams within the corporate and marketing departments at Verallia USA.

Detailed Tasks / Responsibilities :
- Create content, tools, and routines to foster effective internal communication within Verallia USA.
- Ensure timely and effective communication of local updates within Verallia USA to regional Verallia groups and teams.
- Ensure that Verallia USA's creative marketing materials align with global communication guidelines and identity.
Support the organization with internal events, both on-site and off-site.
Develop engaging content, including success stories, know-how, and short movies, to support Verallia USA's brand in the North American market.
Reinforce Verallia USA's digital communication by developing impactful and creative marketing campaigns, such as e-mail campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, and SEO, to promote VUSA products, vision, know-how, services, and offerings.
Manage and update Verallia USA's website, customer portal, and page.
Design ads and artwork to support Verallia USA's print and digital communication strategy.
Promote the company's exposure through press and media.
Expand the network of design agencies to promote Verallia's premium brand and range across North America.
Coordinate and organize Verallia's presence at tradeshows and events.
Improve sales excellence by designing sales tools and templates for the Sales team, including business presentations and product matching templates.
Develop awareness and usage of "Virtual Glass" among Verallia USA customers.
Monitor market intelligence to provide key information to the Sales & Marketing team regarding food and beverage (food, wine, and spirits) and glass packaging news, trends, and the latest developments and opportunities in different segments.
Profile :
- Level of Education / Specific certifications : Graduation from Business School with a Major in Marketing & Communications preferred.
- Languages : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French / Spanish / Portuguese is a plus.
- Specific knowledge : B2B Marketing / B2B Communication and Social Media Skills / Design Knowledge / 360-Communication Approach / Direct & Digital Communication / Advertising / PR / Microsoft / Adobe Suite / Photoshop and Illustrator / Creative / Innovative / Autonomous / Strategic Marketing / Entrepreneurial / Teamwork / Food and Beverage market knowledge a plus.
- Previous Experience : 1-3 years of relevant experience / education in marketing and communications.
- Critical Competencies / qualities for the Position : Strategic Thinking / Communication Skills / Market Research and Analysis / Digital Marketing / Brand Management / Creativity and Innovation / Multimedia Proficiency / Analytics and Metrics.
