Job Title : Territory Sales Manager
Salary : Base at $60-70K per year plus uncapped commission
Schedule : no required in-office time, travel on-site to client to client. The company compensates for your travels.
Location : Greater Baltimore Area
Key Duties and Responsibilities
This role's primary tasks include, but are not limited to, the following. The company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove responsibilities as needed.
All tasks should be completed with minimal oversight and in accordance with company policies. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
- Focus on acquiring new clients and accounts.
- Utilize knowledge of the local market to identify leads and track them in Salesforce CRM.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts to generate referrals and introductions.
- Ensure the Salesforce pipeline is up-to-date, manage account setups, credit applications, quotes, and client records.
- Maximize returns in assigned territory and aim to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Participate actively in company-driven marketing and sales initiatives.
- Balance company profitability goals with maximizing territory performance.
- Apply approved sales methodologies and use provided customer prospect lists.
- Offer feedback on marketing strategies and share insights on market trends.
- Nurture client relationships while advocating for company interests.
- Provide solutions that add value to clients and position yourself as a trusted resource.
- Investigate and resolve client issues related to deliveries, billing, and collections.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks, including logging client details in CRM and responding to internal queries.
- Manage budget and expenses following company policies.
