The Director of Partnerships is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key partners. This includes creating and executing partnership plans, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining existing relationships.

Cultivate Advisors is interviewing now for multiple Director of Partnerships with a start date in Q3. This is a Remote position with 20-35% Travel expected.

The Director of Partnerships Role

Our Director of Partnerships’ primary responsibility is to introduce our services to small business owners across North America through B2B connections and strategic partnerships and provide qualified, vetted leads to the team.

Networking, attending conferences, and maintaining regular touch points with your connections is pivotal to success, as is the value you provide to others in each of these interactions.

  • Identify and secure pilot commitments, driving growth in B2B professional service partnerships.
  • Forge and expand partnerships with associations, starting from pilot commitments.
  • Strategize, track progress, and maintain dynamic updates in internal systems (CRM).
  • Lead front-end pipeline activities, including engaging setup and discovery calls.
  • Champion the brand and cultivate strong relationships both externally and internally.

The role is critical to the company as a first impression and your ability to funnel qualified leads into our sales process is the catalyst to our team’s growth engine.

What are the Qualifications that are Essential to Succeed in this Role?

  • 3+ years in a hunter sales capacity; actively engaged in outbound activities to gain new business.
  • Extensive experience in B2B Service Sales.
  • Highly detail oriented and organized with strong writing skills.
  • Significant working experience with CRM systems and comfortable with technology.
  • You are located in or close to a major metropolitan area with an International Airport and opportunities to network with professionals on a regular and recurring basis.

What would we offer you?

  • A collaborative team dedicated to and striving towards the same Mission and Vision.
  • We provide a base salary of $80,000 with uncapped commission opportunities.
  • Total income potential of a first year Director of Partnerships annually can range between $100,000 to $160,000. Anticipated potential income in year two and beyond is $160,000 to $250,000.
