  • Identify and target potential clientsthrough research networking and cold / warm outreachstrategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with business owners and Clevel executives throughregular communication and personalizedengagement.
  • Deliver compelling presentationsand product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our servicesand drive conversions.
  • Manage and prioritizeleads opportunities and sales activities to meet and exceed revenuetargets.
  • Work closely with internal teamsincluding marketing and customer support to ensure seamless clientexperiences and alignment of salesefforts.
  • Track sales activities monitorperformance metrics and provide regular updates to management onsales progress andoutcomes.

Qualifications

  • 2years of successful experience in B2B sales preferably in payrollservices or related industry.
  • Demonstratedsales acumen expert in sales processes techniques and strategieswith a track record of achieving or exceeding salestargets.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills with the ability to identify opportunities and overcomechallenges.
  • Excellent computer andorganizational skills.

Play a pivotal role (HUNTER MENTALITY)in driving revenue growth by prospecting establishing andmaintaining relationships with potential clients.
