Community Manager
Recorded Future is looking for a client-obsessed Community Manager to tap into the greatest threat intelligence user community.
This person will be dedicated to developing and delivering high-quality experiences for Recorded Future clients. Responsibilities include aligning community strategy to our overarching company objectives, driving community engagement, developing content, soliciting user feedback, and reporting on key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and moderate client-specific community platforms, including Salesforce Experience Cloud and Slack
- Develop and execute an engagement strategy for our power users, champion clients, and free users to foster peer-to-peer relationships and activity
- Drive participation on community platforms, including commenting, answering questions, and proactively reaching out to users
- Set engagement goals, create reporting dashboards to evaluate success, and own results by adjusting plans if the targets arent being met
- Create, remix, and curate content on best practices and recommendations to incorporate intelligence into our clients daily lives
- Gather qualitative and quantitative data from community feedback pools, generate insights, and share findings with respective parties who can action them
What you bring
- Passionate about cultivating user excitement, advocating for quality user experience, and championing the communitys role in achieving the companys strategic objectives
- Proven track record of success building online communities serving different audiences from the ground up
- Demonstrated project and program management expertise, particularly working across departments and teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with online community platforms such as Salesforce Experience Cloud, Slack, inSided (now Gainsight Community), or similar
