Salary :
$60k-$70k base + Commission ($75k-$80k+ OTE-year 1)
Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Route Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee up to 8 to 10 managers, ensuring they provide safe and timely deliveries, maintain high levels of customer retention, and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and support a team of up to 10 managers to ensure efficient and safe route deliveries.
- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service standards.
- Oversee the signing and renewal of service agreements.
- Perform physically demanding tasks including walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and sorting items.
Qualifications :
- Willingness to undergo a background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
- Experience in supervising managers is required.
- Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong customer service & interpersonal skills
