Job SummaryEssential Job Functions
- Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and taking notes at meetings.
- Maintains and monitors communication with project partners.
- Maintains project documentation.
- Coordinates materials management related to a project.
- Assists with tracking project implementation.
- Assists with compiling safety resources.
- Plan, organize, and prepare materials in support of departmental daily activities.
- Establish and maintain office systems.
- Maintain files, established departmental / hospital policies & procedures, office supplies, and equipment.
- Completes tasks and provides coverage as required.
- Other activities as directed by the Supervisor.
Formal Education and Job-Related Experience
High School diploma.

Minimum of two years experience as executive assistant or equivalent; excellent communication, organization and follow-through;
familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bilingual preferred. Excellent time management skills, ability to work well with a variety of organizations and personnel with compassion, tact, and clarity.

Office environment with visits to community agencies.
