Job Description
The Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of web content management solutions using AEM.
This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of AEM projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the digital strategy of the organization.
The AEM Lead will also mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
You would be expected to :
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of AEM-based web content management solutions.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs and provide feedback on technical constraints and opportunities.
Develop and enforce AEM best practices, standards, and guidelines Skill Requirements
Monitor and analyze the performance of AEM solutions, making recommendations for improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Develop custom AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet business requirements.
Customize and extend AEM functionalities to integrate with other systems and technologies.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of AEM solutions
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the digital experience and optimize web content management processes
Oversee and manage AEM projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Coordinate with various teams in an onsite-offshore manner and stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope.
