Technical Requirements : 2+ Years Experience.
1) Active Directory and Microsoft Azure
2) Exchange to assist with email issues.
3) Exposure to remote support enterprise level VPN experience.
4) Familiar with SharePoint and One Drive
5) Fundamentals of computer networking - will be troubleshooting remote issues with users.
