What we are looking for :

We are seeking a Senior Production Manager with expertise in managing the flow and production of information and analytics to support a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, routing, tracking, and overseeing both ad hoc and ongoing production requirements.

This role requires a deep understanding of how to assess and improve information exchange systems, ensuring that production needs are efficiently met.

The Senior Production Manager will work closely with external teams to address Requests for Information (RFIs) and close analytical gaps.

What you will do as a Senior Production Manager :

  • Identify, prioritize, and manage both ad hoc and standing information and analytic production needs.
  • Assess the efficiency of current information exchange and management systems, and modify or implement new systems where necessary to meet production demands.
  • Track and route information requests and analytic requirements to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Coordinate with external teams and work units to address information needs, close analytic gaps, and respond to RFIs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of production systems and processes, making adjustments to improve overall efficiency and output.
  • Provide strategic oversight on how information is managed, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding production status, timelines, and any potential bottlenecks.

Qualifications :

  • US Citizen (the nature of our contract requires employees be US citizens)
  • Top Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 10 years of experience.
  • Expertise in assessing, developing, and improving systems for managing production workflows.
  • Strong ability to track and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating with external teams to address and fulfill information requests.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage complex production demands and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience in federal contracting or working in a government-related cybersecurity environment is highly preferred.

Annual Salary Range :

$105,000 $150,000 USD
