They are relied upon as competent healthcare practitioners with extensive clinical expertise, evaluating, diagnosing, and addressing conditions that impede the body's mobility and functionality in everyday life.
ROLE DESCRIPTION :
- Conduct assessments, offer guidance and provide therapy as required
- Evaluate each individual and devise a personalized treatment plan to enhance their movement capabilities, alleviate or manage discomfort, restore functionality, and mitigate disability.
- Engage in conversations with patients to gain insight into their physical state and symptoms
- Identify movement impairments and create a customized treatment strategy.
- Instruct patients on proper utilization of therapeutic exercise techniques.
- Administer stimulation or massage to facilitate healing.
Requirements :
- Advanced degree either a master's degree or a clinical doctorate
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Flexibility and a willingness to embrace change
- Intrinsic motivation and proactive nature
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and rapport-building capabilities
