This position will play a key role in forecasting call volumes and staffing needs across their call center operations, including departments such as Member Services, Pharmacy Operations, Provider Services, and Appeals and Grievances.
Key Responsibilities : Forecast call volumes and manage staffing requirements across multiple call center functions.Collaborate with departments to ensure optimal staffing and service levels, utilizing workforce management systems.
Prepare and present data reports, leveraging analytics to inform workforce planning strategies.Qualifications : Minimum of 4 years’ experience in workforce management within a call center environment.
