Key Responsibilities : Marketing Strategy : Become a market expert, know the customer needs and build brand strategies that communicate a compelling message to achieve our goals.

Annual Planning : Build and implement an annual marketing plan to drive budgeted leads by line of business. Omni-Channel Marketing : Execute and coordinate all marketing efforts, including search engine marketing, social media, direct mail, broadcast, outdoor, sponsorships, and public relations.

Brand Communication : Create marketing materials, demos, story pitches, messaging guidelines, press releases, Q&As, presentations and speeches.

Collaborative Planning : Work closely with sales managers to understand lead requirements and with the call center manager to align on scheduling and lead flow.

Agency Management : Manage relationships with external vendors and lead internal teams responsible for graphics creation and advertising placement.

Budget Management : Own the marketing budget, analyze cost per lead, optimize advertising investments, and ensure spending stays within budget.

Performance Analysis : Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results. Qualifications : Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Director, preferably in the residential services industry.

Strong knowledge of omni-channel marketing, including digital and traditional media. Experience with SEO, PPC, social media, direct mail, TV, OTT, YouTube, and billboard advertising preferred.

Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills. Strong results orientation with demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize advertising investments, and achieve goals.

Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and drive improvements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with call center, sales and service stakeholders.
