Promote a collaborative and knowledge-sharing work environment. This role combines technical leadership, project management, and team mentorship to deliver high-impact infrastructure solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio that includes both heavy civil and architectural projects while helping to shape the next generation of engineering talent.

- Lead structural engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate all aspects of construction administration and quality control.
- Apply project management best practices to streamline execution and maintain high standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals and providing effective, tailored solutions.
