This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy. Key responsibilities include receiving and inspecting returned merchandise, maintaining detailed records, communicating with customers, and collaborating with different departments to process returns effectively.
The Returns Clerk also ensures compliance with company policies and generates reports on return trends.
