We are seeking a Facilities Custodian to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities :
- Keep facility in clean and orderly condition
- Ensure that janitorial supplies are well stocked in all areas throughout the facility
- Coordinate and perform day to day work orders
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Implement good housekeeping practices throughout the facility and oversee the corporate housekeeping program
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Perform monthly inspections of Fire extinguishers, compressors and other items
- Perform basic grounds duties as needed
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in facilities / maintenance
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Knowledge of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
