True Brands is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Lead Stylist to join our fast-paced Creative Team. We proudly feature ten in-house brands and are a leading force in consumer packaged goods for the wine, beer, and spirits industry.

Reporting to the Photography Manager, the Lead Stylist will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our products across photo and video shoots.

This role works closely with our in-house photographers, designers, and video producers while supporting our Marketing and E-commerce teams.

Your ability to conceptualize on-brand styling, organize studio operations, and manage samples and props will be essential to producing high-quality visuals.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational and time management skills, multi-tasking abilities, a detailed creative eye, and a team player mentality.

This position will be based out of our centrally located Seattle office and will be expected to report to the studio to complete the required duties of the role.

Responsibilities : Styling & Creative Direction - Conceptualize and execute styling strategies for photo and video shoots.

Collaborate with photographers to create cohesive, brand-forward visuals. Visual Consistency - Maintain and update mood boards in line with evolving brand standards, trends, and campaign initiatives.

Sample Management - Oversee product sample inventory and collaborate with Product Developers to ensure sample accuracy and availability.

Prop Sourcing & Set Management - Source props and materials, and organize studio inventory to support daily shoot operations.

Shoot Logistics - Assist with setup and teardown of sets. Work with the Photography Manager to schedule shoots, manage budgets, and coordinate talent and offsite locations.

Mood Boards & Concept Development - Create mood boards aligned with trends and product initiatives to inspire shoots and guide creative vision.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Build strong internal partnerships with the Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to align visual output with brand objectives.

Studio Workflow Optimization - Ensure efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed and quality. Additional Responsibilities - Support studio operations and production efforts as needed to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in a studio setting, with expertise in product photography styling. Strong creative eye and attention to detail with a focus on maintaining brand consistency and visual appeal.

Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and communicating styling concepts effectively. Able to manage shifting priorities, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Skilled at juggling multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience with bartending or beverage styling is a plus, though not required.

Dependable and flexible to the varied hours of the job, based on the production schedule. Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods on shoot days.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
