Essential Functions of a Stillwater Caregiver :
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living while encouraging their independence and maintaining their dignity, providing medication reminders.
- Providing individualized comfort and care based on resident's life story and personal needs.
- Communicating with all parties involved in resident care, including : nurses, management, vendors, and fellow team members
