Location : Hybrid - Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA (with travel to ~1 event per month)

We are passionate about inspiring the next generation of dancers, educators, and creatives, while showcasing excellence in performance, artistry, and community.

We are building our first in-house social media function and are seeking a Social Media Manager to shape and lead our brand presence across platforms. This is a highly visible, foundational role with significant growth opportunities.Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will own DanceOne's social media strategy, with an initial focus on creating consistent, engaging content for Instagram and growing our YouTube channel. You'll manage day-to-day planning, posting, analytics, and community engagement while collaborating with content creators, consultants, and company leadership.

As the role grows, you will expand our reach across TikTok, Facebook, X / Twitter, and emerging platforms-building scalable systems and eventually mentoring a growing social media team.Key Responsibilities
