Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategic vision for the equity platform, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the investment team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities across various asset types, including residential,mercial, industrial, and retail properties.
- Oversee the due diligence process, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and market research, to ensure sound investment decisions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders to drive growth and secure funding.
- Monitor and manage the performance of the investment portfolio, implementing strategies to maximize returns and mitigate risks.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to inform investment strategies and maintain apetitive edge.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate investment, with a proven track record of success in equity investments.
- Extensive experience across all major asset types, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and investment strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
- Exceptional analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments.
- Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
