We are looking for an office admin to come into the office 5 days a week.
Executive Support, Office Admin & Personal Assistance
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including scanning, faxing, emailing, copying, filing, and organizing
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the executive(s).
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Assist with corporate / personal tasks such as shopping, errands, and office management.
- Other duties as assigned
Record Keeping :
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Retrieve documents from filing system.
- Handle requests for information and data, maintain confidentiality, asking for permission and approval before sharing information to outside requests
- Creating manuals, procedurals
Financial Duties :
- Assist in the preparation of budgets.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Experience :
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Business Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook; Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
- Experience with Excel a must
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
