Hiring Facility Maintenance Technicians near the Indianapolis, IN Area

Job Description :

• Operates, installs, troubleshoots and repairs all heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration related electromechanical equipment and HVAC related systems throughout various facilities
• Inspects, troubleshoots and repairs HVAC electrical, electronics, pneumatics and mechanical applications of systems
• Installs, repairs, replaces plumbing fixtures, fittings, valves and controls
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, repair / replacement of facility lighting, ballast, switches, and receptacles

Qualifications :

• 3-5+ years of Maintenance Experience
• Healthcare or Surgery Center experience nice-to-have
• Basic Plumbing skills
• Strong communication (when to call vs email) and writing skills
