The purpose of the Leasing Consultant is to assist the Property Manager and the Assistant Property Manager with the total performance of the apartment property to include efficiency, turnover rate, occupancy, and budgetary performance.
The ideal Leasing Consultant will have strong sales skills, experience in social media promotion and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements :
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year practical apartment leasing experience or training in sales or marketing
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Proper phone etiquette
- Basic problem solving skills
- Qualified candidates must have the flexibility to work during assigned weekend schedules
