The Events and Partnerships Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting the Global Partnerships & Events team with assisting the execution of US Events and Partnership activation.
This individual will assist the Global Manager, Global Partnerships & Events Director, VP, Marketing & Partnerships (US) and greater Vista team by supporting US Vista Event delivery & Partnership relationships.
This role requires someone who enjoys travel and partnering across teams, working closely with both the Vista Marketing and Sales teams.
The Events & PartnershipsCoordinator is expected to contribute new ideas and remain aware of company and industry trends.
This position is currently banded at $25-$40 Per hour.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the Global Events Manager on all US B2B & B2C Events.
- Support the Global Partnerships team on Partnership projects & activations in the region.
- Project manage and deliver US based Events and related Marketing efforts to support our Partnership strategy and community building.
- Provide detailed pre-event briefings and post event analysis and insights to further optimize event program and ROI
- Event related Gifting stock management
- With the strategic guidance of the Global Events Manager, to build and leverage relationships with strategic external partners to create exceptional Member experiences and gain access to partner events
- Create on-brand marketing collateral in support of Events & Partnerships (merchandise, pdfs, social media assets, email marketing, etc).
- Assist in marketing campaigns to drive engagement with and for Vista’s Partners.
- Support US Marketing and Partnership reporting, to generate insights and provide stable, comparable analytics on a regular base.
- Leverage Partners as content authors for Vista’s brand channels - social, website, email, etc.
- Periodically support the Global Sponsorship Manager with day-to-day relationship management of US Partners and Brand ambassadors, including ongoing reporting, tracking, and responses to correspondence.
- Work cross-functionally with the Partnerships teams on both global and domestic opportunities.
- Perform any other tasks reasonably required to be undertaken in accordance with the instructions of the Reporting Manager.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Experience working within an Events, Partnerships & Marketing position prior.
- Previous experience working with luxury brands / partners an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Must be willing to periodically travel for work, including ground and / or air travel.
- Occasional weekend work may be required for selected events
- Proficiency in MS suite tools required.
- Experience working with a sales CRM a plus.
- Proficiency with various social media platforms a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
