Job Overview
This position will contribute analyzed EM related information through operation and use of the assigned command and control common operational picture system to ESF-5, EOC manager, and other leadership during incident planning, response, and recover operations IAWDAFI 10-2501 and AFMAN 32-1007.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions :
- Ensure ICS forms are integrated into the common operating picture or utilized externally to the common operational picture to support the creation of the Incident Action Plans, documentation of ICS activities, and other incident management activities.
- Provide installation geospatial information and services interface for EM response and recovery actions.
- Obtain emergency response maps from the Civil Engineer Squadron, Engineering Flight and provide to the DRF.
- Support ESF-5 during real world and exercise incidents.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Mandatory :
- Associate degree in Disaster / EM and two (2) years or more field experience; OR minimum six (6) years related field experience.
- Experience administering a common operating picture system such as WebEOC, C2IMERA, or COBRA.
- Must be able to track, input, analyze, and update information and reports as appropriate.
- Must be able to assist other system users with inquires, information inputs, and troubleshoot issues.
- Associate Emergency Manager level certification within the AFCEM Program desired. If certification not obtained prior to hire, member must complete certification process within program guidelines after hire.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a Secret Security clearance.
- Ability to acquire and maintain government identification / common access card.
- Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.
- Valid Alabama state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.
- Ability to successfully pass any background checks and / or drug testing required on the contract.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government Installations through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).
