Restaurant Operations Manager $60,000 - $77,000
We are looking for an experienced full-service restaurant manager capable of becoming General Manager within 6 months to a year.
You will ensure that the high standards a food quality and commitment to service are maintained just as our customers have grown to expect.
We operate a completely scratch kitchen turning out signature entrees, including homemade sides, and unique desserts complemented by handcrafted cocktails.
Our ideal Manager has no problem digging in and getting things done, working hard, and has a drive to be the absolute best.

Requirements :
Our ideal candidate has proven leadership skills and :
- A minimum of 3 years' experience managing in a high volume, full service, casual dining environment.
- No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years, 3 jobs in the last 9 years. Exception made for closed or sold restaurants.
- Strong focus on delivering results while managing and prioritizing multiple projects & candidates
- Ability to articulate personal and team-led success stories.
- Solid leadership qualities.
- Superior customer service skills.
