Description :
UX Consultant will advise and support clients and account teams , providing overall design and UX / UI for projects, from strategy to delivery.
Responsibilities :
Research and design of applications, design and legacy. Manage the Design spectrum from requirements and ideation, to delivery.
Be the informed and responsible representative for Our Client, in all matters of Design and User Experience.
Craft design plans, promote Our Client as a leader in Design Thinking and UX / UI design, and work with account teams to engage and contract present and future work with clients.
Report status, project health and provide communication upwards to Our Client management, peers and when required, to cllents.
Should be able to adapt to client practices (waterfall, agile, lean, product) and yet encourage practice shifts to improve the user experience
Able to work both collaboratively within a team, and as a solo consultant, (with support).
Communicate recommendations articulately, and guide that approach through the design and development life cycle.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards. Act as an advocate for the end user and express importance of design to stakeholders and team members.
Contribute and participate in thought leadership engagements, RFPs and proposals with the Team Lead alongside assigned engagements.
Qualifications :
1. UX Design should include strategy->

2. Experience with design output and responsive (RWD)
