A day as a Hygiene & Quality Assurance Assistant
- Help ensure quality and hygiene standards are met for food, beverage, ingredients, merchandise, and supply items manufactured and distributed to our airline clients.
- Provide support before / at customer audits, health department inspections, training and consultations and ensure employees understand and comply with applicable standards.
- Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
WHO YOU ARE
- Knowledge in HACCP, ISO, and food safety systems.
- Food Safety Certification, state specific if applicable.
- Proactive and self-organized.
- Ability to manage through a substantial workload.
- Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to accurately monitor wastage.
- Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
