Responsibilities :
- Assist with the inspection, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing filters, lubricating machinery, and cleaning equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment and systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Help maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations.
Qualifications of a Maintenance Assistant :
- High school diploma preferred.
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
- Facility Maintenance experience in a facility is preferred
- Knowledge and experience in electrical wiring, painting, repairs and plumbing
- Must be able to pass a background check
