About The Position

Client in IN seeking CWHH-RN Home Health (RN) to work These will be 2 case managers. On call every 2-3 weeks. Shift : M-F until shift is complete On call info : On call every 2-3 weeks Travel Area : Greenwood, Indianapolis, East area like New Palestine, Shelbyville, Greensburg, and South Columbus Indiana Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours Productivity Units : 28 units
