General Manager Responsibilities :
- Support the mission of SABOR and uphold core values by being committed, reliable, loyal, and enthusiastic.
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and staff, ensuring guest service meets company standards and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for meeting compliance requirements and necessary reporting for successful operations.
- Manage daily operations by following established opening and closing procedures, conducting weekly and monthly inventory counts, and placing weekly orders with vendors.
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards aiming for a 98.5 Health Department Inspection score, with regular coaching and training on food safety practices.
- Work in both front of house and back of house, becoming proficient in both areas.
- Plan and prepare for daily catering business.
- Manage customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
- Promote daily sales goals and reward employees for achieving these goals.
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of fast-casual management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Commitment to creating a positive working environment by training and developing all employees.
