An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Immigration Consultant specializing in US immigration. This position is office based 5 days per week in Dallas, TX.
The Immigration Consultant will :
- Serve as the main point of contact and subject matter authority for all inquiries and issues regarding US immigration
- Collaborate with the immigration attorney, oversee, and complete the green card application process (PERM)
- Liaise with hiring managers in the business, educating them and managing their expectations on the immigration process
- Create and review immigration reports
- Regularly update internal and external parties on immigration changes
- Skills required :
- Experience managing US immigration cases with strong knowledge of employment-based US immigration applications
- Experience managing the PERM process
- Ability to manage a high volume caseload
- Adept working in a fast-paced ever changing environment
- Preference for a bachelor's degree
- Ability to function independently and take initiative
- Excellent organizational skills and experience meeting strict deadlines
