Confident Staff Solutions isseeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and LanguagePathologist (SLP) to join our team in Windsor VT on a temporarybasis.
As an SLP you will have the opportunity to make a positiveimpact on the lives of individuals with communication andswallowing disorders.
Asa Speech and Language Pathologist you will be responsible forassessing diagnosing and treating speech language and swallowingdisorders in patients of all ages.
You will work closely withpatients their families and other healthcare professionals todevelop and implement individualized treatment plans to improvetheir communication and swallowing abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Conductcomprehensive evaluations to assess speech language and swallowingabilities
Develop individualized treatmentplans based on evaluation results and patient needs
Provide therapy services to patients with variouscommunication and swallowing disorders
Monitorand document patient progress and adjust treatment plans asneeded
Educate patients and their families ontechniques to improve communication and swallowingabilities
Collaborate with other healthcareprofessionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
Stay uptodate with the latest research and techniques inthe field of speech and language pathology
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records andprogress
Qualifications :
Masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from an accreditedprogram
Current state license in SpeechLanguagePathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence(CCC) from the American SpeechLanguageHearing Association(ASHA)
Experience working with patients of allages with various communication and swallowing disorders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of ateam
Excellent time management andorganizational skills
Compassionate andpatientcentered approach to therapy
