What You Will Do :
- Oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term / long term refrigeration installation project which has a beginning, an end, and specified deliverables, with primary focus on financial, schedule, project management and quality performance objectives
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness
- Meet with Customers regarding current / future projects
- Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization
What You Need :
- Proficient in reading construction blueprints, specifications, and contract documents
- Proficient with MS Office, AutoCAD
- Ability to work unsupervised; self-motivated, self-starter, independent
- Efficiently organize and plan work tasks to meet company goals
- 3+ years of Industrial Project Management experience preferred
- 3+ years of Industrial Refrigeration experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Construction Workeragement, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering or relevant field is a plus
- Good communicator
