POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
The (Sr.) Director, Product Management will drive the evolution of Blue Stream's product portfolio, positioning the company as a leading amenity provider while actively supporting strategic growth into new and existing markets.
This role is not just about setting the vision-it requires a hands-on approach to shaping product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, enhancing the value of our offerings, and delivering impactful business outcomes through close collaboration with functional leadership and executive stakeholders.
Focused on advancing Blue Stream's national growth strategy, this individual will lead initiatives that optimize our product portfolio to meet market demands while supporting entry into new regions.
They will roll up their sleeves to drive cross-functional efforts, including the development of tailored solutions that directly address customer needs, seamless sales integration, engineering alignment, and innovative marketing strategies.
Close collaboration with functional and regional leaders will ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion.
The (Sr.) Director, Product Management will act as both a hands-on leader and a strategic partner, actively identifying opportunities to strengthen the company's position as a leading amenity provider, elevate customer experiences, and drive both profitability and business performance.
This role will be deeply involved in executing high-impact projects, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring consistent performance across the entire product portfolio.
This leader will also take a proactive role in creating and presenting concise updates to the C-Suite, tracking progress on key strategic product goals, and providing actionable insights based on data analysis and industry trends.
Partnering with the SVP of Transformation, the (Sr.) Director, Product Management will guide task forces and contribute to the company's overarching strategic plan with expertise in product innovation and market dynamics.

Drive Product Vision as World Class Amenity Provider : Lead the development of innovative telecom solutions that position the company as a leading amenity provider, enhancing value for customers and differentiating offerings in the market.
Focus on delivering seamless, customer-centric experiences that elevate our role in connected living and smart communities.
Work closely with Engineering and other key functional teams to define the product road map, prioritize features, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of the right solutions to the right customers.
Accelerate Market Expansion and Business Development : Spearhead strategic initiatives to expand into new markets and grow the company's footprint, identifying opportunities to create tailored product offerings that address the unique needs of residential and commercial properties.
Build strategic partnerships that unlock new revenue streams and enhance our service portfolio.

General Qualifications :
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field;
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Industry Knowledge : Telecom experience is strongly preferred; familiarity with telecom related technology and products and services is essential.
- Consulting or Strategy Experience : Background in a leading management consultancy or internal strategy group (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Wipro, IBM, EY, KPMG) is highly desirable.
- Professional Experience : 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, strategy, business development, or a related leadership role, with a proven track record of driving results.
