About The Role

BREWDOG LAS VEGAS ARE ON THE HUNT FOR A FLOOR MANAGER! We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are.

Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times. And now, we’re looking for a Floor Manager to join the team.

In this role you’ll be assist and support the management team in the running of shifts, and be involved in various back of house duties alongside front of house tasks.

A big part of your job will be supporting, training and guiding our amazing staff to be even more incredible in their roles making the bar a destination people want to come to.

You’ll be led by an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate & confident individuals, made up of team in the kitchen, on the floor & behind the bar.

About You

About The Candidate :

• At least 1-2 years restaurant management experience is essential.
• Experience of successfully running a high volume all day food outlet.
• We want you to be a massive beer geek & you need to inspire others to become beer geeks, so we would like you to have a good level of knowledge of craft beer & the brewing industry, but we can & will provide comprehensive beer training for everyone that joins our business
• Craft beer must be your thing. But so should Customer Service. Every day, you must want to go out & deliver amazing customer service.

• Be inspiring! Being able to make people passionate about great craft beer.
• Proven experience of successfully working with and developing a driven and high performing crew with examples of team progression

Knowledge of craft beer for this role would be desirable, but a willingness to learn if you don’t is essential. We’ve got all of the tools (and the beer), you just need to be excited to learn.

You also must be customer service focused above all else, making sure every single experience a customer has rocks every time they come into the bar.
