Job Summary / Description :
The Business Development Team seeks a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visually compelling elements for both digital and broadcast advertising components, promotional materials, and presentations.
As a full-time position, this role offers the flexibility to work remotely and collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency and quality across all design assets.
Duties / Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Key Responsibilities -
- Designing high-quality brochures, fliers, graphics, and presentations that resonate across multiple audience types.
- Develop both static and animated (HTML) display ads that accompany video campaign packages, while matching the overall theme, design, and objectives.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Crafting visually appealing PowerPoint presentations to support marketing and sales efforts.
- Collaborate with national and local sales teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver compelling design solutions that drive results.
- Work alongside the team to support creation of video assets, including video editing.
- Contribute to the creation of promotional materials to support company initiatives.
Qualifications / Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel), with the ability to create stunning and well-designed presentations.
- Experience working with HTML / CSS to create Digital ads.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects across various mediums, with a focus on marketing and advertising materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Demo of work is required.
