Location : Chicopee, MA
Compensation : $22 / hour - $28 / hour
About the Position as an Accounts Receivable Specialst :
Immediate Opening : The Accounts Receivable Specialist role is available immediately due to a recent resignation, offering a prompt start for the right candidate.
Stable Schedule : Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, from 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM.
You'll report directly to the Controller while working closely with the collaborative accounting team.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist :
Exceptional Customer Service : Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone, fostering positive relationships with valued clients.
Efficient Billing : Take ownership of generating all department invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every transaction.
Payment Management : Collect and apply payments to accounts promptly and accurately, maintaining meticulous records throughout.
Refund Processing : Handle refund requests efficiently and accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Collections Management : Proactively engage with customers to collect past due balances, demonstrating strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist :
Relevant Experience : Prior experience in accounts receivable and billing is preferred, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.
Invoice Expertise : A clear understanding of the invoice generation process, including the various components involved.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
