Job Duties & Responsibilities include : Providing a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner Fostering a positive and fun environment for customers, coworkers, as well as YOURSELF Maintaining a clean and organized workspace that is easy and efficient to operate within Creating an inviting and appealing place to shop keep the displays neat and organized Carrying out the full process of buying in merchandise become familiar with brands and products that we carry, as well as pricing guidelines Building relationships with customers we don’t just provide customer service, we’re a part of a community Processing customer purchases, tagging incoming product, and stocking the sales floor Other daily operational duties as assigned by the store manager Our ideal candidate is / has : A friendly, energetic, and helpful attitude A desire to learn and enjoys a team-oriented environment An effective communicator direct, kind, and clear An enthusiasm for our business model can honestly and proudly promote it to customers Prior retail experience, preferred Our profit sharing model provides employees additional compensation directly related to quarterly business performance.
