Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Continuous Improvement Manager at Kroger Supply Chain-Pontiac Foods located in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies are a plus
- Experience in the food industry or supply chain management is preferred
