Compensation :

$86,500 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Assist military families relocating to Mobile, AL in finding their ideal homes and ensuring a smooth transition process.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge about Mobile neighborhoods, schools, amenities, and market trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Establish connections with relocation companies, corporations, and local businesses to create new business opportunities and referrals.
  • Guide military families through the home-buying process from start to finish, offering support and expertise at every step.
  • Develop effective marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of military relocation in Mobile, AL.

Qualifications :

  • Must have a valid real estate license or be willing to obtain one.
